RIM started advertising tablet PlayBook own by comparing the performance of a Web browser to iPad (which uses WebKit as well).
In a demonstration video of RIM to see if the browser's PlayBook faster than a browser and load a Web page of the iPad or normal operation of JavaScript. It also supports full Flash as well. Consider the view from the video.
