Google Voice Search out some time ago (including Google Voice Actions at a stage that has been developed over Voice Search), but the past approach of Google is focused on ease of use. Do not set anything. It is open to all. It is unfortunate that the analysis of speech may not be enough.
Last Google released a new Voice Search on Android can practice our speech recognition. (Personal Recognition option to open the screen settings before) that our voices will be tied to accounting Google Account and allows Google's servers to process the voice of our future better.
This feature is only available in the U.S. to the New Voice Search feature to add a little more now for download on Android Market (requires 2.2 or later).
